you’ll spend 6 months on our online residency; supported by an expert team, a creative business strategist, and an authentic, driven, freedom-oriented community
think of it as a second home without a postcode, for those serious about living their best, most fulfilling lives.
you’ll have group success circle calls, a 1–1 with a creative strategist, and full access to rionce online community.

you’ll be expected to show up to the success circle group call, 1-to-1 business strategy & lifestyle curation calls. plus, share your journey, knowledge and experience on socials and with your cohort along the way.
as part of your contribution, you’ll also:
create two “day in the life” videos each month, showing your process and lifestyle.
collaborate with us on shared posts that highlight your journey and connect you with the wider rionce community.

you’ll get 6 months of access to a private, time-shared studio at one of our southeast london spaces. on top of that, we’ll check in with you regularly, offer coaching where needed, and make sure you stay connected to the wider community.
you’ll also take part in two closing events. a private gala and a public exhibition in summer 2026 to bring your work to life and share it properly. we’ll back you with the space, the structure, and the support

studio manager / personal assistant role
to support the smooth running of riónce arts club, + studios and to assist the founder directly. duties will include admin, content, comms, studio resets, and other misc tasks, in exchange for unlimited off-peak studio access and a stipend.

a part-time value exchange based near ladywell (SE london). we’re looking for someone calm, proactive and detail-oriented to support the smooth running of the studio; and to provide direct support to the founder.
you’ll help keep the space clear, organised and welcoming, while also handling essential day-to-day admin and communications.
this is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, gets things done, and wants regular studio access to build their own projects alongside.

welcome members, residents, and guests into the space
represent the riónce brand warmly and clearly. you’ll often be the first face people see
reset the studio after bookings (cleaning, tidying, checking stock, backdrops, lights etc)
keep shelves stocked + cables, gear, and tools organised
manage bookings, events calendar + listings
answer messages across emails, whatsapp & socials
support the founder with errands, scheduling + content (filming, editing etc)
help draft comms + marketing materials (zine, emails, posts, site)
assist with keeping things up to date + on track
complete ad hoc and miscellaneous tasks
bonus if you:
live locally, drive or cycle,
have a macbook pro and professional filming/editing equipmentenjoy enjoy meeting people + problem-solving on your feet
love a varied day-to-day and creative spaces
feel comfortable being both behind-the-scenes and front-facing with guests and collaborators

to help capture the growth of both the riónce brand and the founder as she steps further into her music career. starting aug/ sept 2025, you’ll create brand imagery in an authentic way that represents each brand’s identity & personality; in exchange for unlimited off-peak studio access and a stipend.

a part‑time value exchange based near ladywell (se london). we’re looking for a creative photographer/videographer to capture brand imagery as the founder steps further into her music career while growing the riónce brand.
you’ll be filming and editing day‑in‑the‑life videos, music content, press shots, social media reels and other visuals that show the personality of both the founder and riónce.
this is ideal for someone self‑motivated, flexible, and keen to use studio access to work on their own projects alongside.
