part-funded studio residency [wave iii]

(aug to dec 2025)

+ support for creatives & event curators, who want to build a stronger body of fulfilling work & earn more; but to achieve that need a studio to call home between aug & dec 2025.

  • you’ll get 5 months of access to a private, time-shared studio at one of our southeast london spaces. on top of that, we’ll check in with you regularly, offer coaching where needed, and make sure you stay connected to the wider community. you’ll also take part in two closing events. a private gala and a public exhibition to bring your work to life and share it properly. we’ll back you with the space, the structure, and the support

  • you’ll be expected to document the journey, not just the results. we’re talking: reels, bts, stories, collab posts, sketchbooks you name it. the program pillars are:

    • commit

    • build

    • document

    • deliver

    • share

    • exhibit

    it’s all about showing up & investing in self as you move alongside other CREATIVES & event curators, all building at the same time, in the same place.

  • after the residency, the fun doesn’t end. you’ll be part of our ripple alumni network - with access to discounted studio time, optional check-ins, and chances to return.

    we’ll keep your name alive in the club and wider community through zine features, ripple throwbacks and low-key moments that remind people who you are and what you’re about.

    and even if you’re not selected, you’ll still receive special offers to keep your momentum going.

studio manager / personal assistant role

to support the smooth running of riónce studios and to directly assist the founder. duties will include admin, content, comms, studio resets, and other misc tasks, in exchange for unlimited off-peak studio access and a stipend.

applications close on wednesday 23rd july 2025.

  • a part-time value exchange based near ladywell (SE london). we’re looking for someone calm, proactive and detail-oriented to support the smooth running of the studio; and to provide direct support to the founder.

    you’ll help keep the space clear, organised and welcoming, while also handling essential day-to-day admin and communications.

    this is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, gets things done, and wants regular studio access to build their own projects alongside.

    • welcome members, residents, and guests into the space

    • represent the riónce brand warmly and clearly — you’ll often be the first face people see

    • reset the studio after bookings (cleaning, tidying, checking stock + lights)

    • keep shelves stocked + cables, gear, and tools organised

    • manage bookings, events calendar + listings

    • answer messages across emails, whatsapp & socials

    • support the founder with errands, scheduling + content (filming, editing etc)

    • help draft comms + marketing materials (zine, emails, posts, site)

    • assist with keeping things up to date + on track

    • complete ad hoc and miscellaneous studio or admin tasks

    bonus if you:

    • live locally, drive or cycle
      have a macbook and basic filming/editing gear

    • enjoy enjoy meeting people + problem-solving on your feet

    • love a varied day-to-day and creative spaces

    • feel comfortable being both behind-the-scenes and front-facing with guests and collaborators

  • this is a value exchange, not a traditional job. in return, you’ll receive:

    • unlimited off-peak studio access

    • a monthly stipend and/or mutually agreed skill swap

    • monthly 1:1 check-ins to make sure it’s working well for both sides
