led by oleta semple, founder of riónce. her background spans fashion design, photography, music, workshop facilitation and arts programme design. she’s supported artists, founders and facilitators at all stages, and brings grounded strategy, creativity and care into every session. she’s also coached by strong figures in business and personal development, and regularly draws from those tools and conversations to guide her approach.

she’s known for being direct, thoughtful and loving. she helps simplify the tangled bits, bring language to what you’ve been circling around, and turn the fog into a clear next step.

the first session is a 15-minute trial; a chance to get a feel for the approach before diving in. after that, standard sessions run for 45 minutes, structured for depth, clarity and tangible outcomes.

for clients oleta builds strong rapport with, there’s space to extend the format; either with longer sessions or more ongoing support, depending on need.
