you’ll have room to experiment with being seen, understood and accepted — letting go of social masks, reconnecting with your true self and finding your flow. this is a relaxed, improvisational session where there’s nothing to get ‘right’, just the chance to show up as you are and feel a little more at ease in your own skin.
