creatives, solo-preneurs, small businesses — people who’ve come through riónce and are building something real.

we represent them, work on their behalf, and support them to get closer to their goals and dreams, without rushing them or reshaping them into something they’re not.

this isn’t traditional management.
it’s care, direction, and advocacy, done properly.

what we do

we help people who are great at what they do, but shouldn’t be doing everything alone. which looks like:

  • we actively place collective members into paid work through our network.
    not leads. not shout-outs. real introductions and real opportunities.

    client work, commissions, collaborations, residencies, workshops, internal riónce projects — work that makes sense for where they’re going.

  • we advocate for people in rooms they’re not in.
    we help negotiate fees, scope, timelines.
    we push back on bad briefs.
    we protect energy and reputation.

    especially for people who are talented but not interested in playing games
