virtual chats are taking place between 1st & 4th oct 2025 (kindly select a time that suits you via the link below).

if successful in making it to [stage 3], you’ll be notified early w/c 6th october.

you’ll then be invited to:

complete the [stage 3a] form

attend an in-person studio tour and final interview at riónce ladywell (during that same week)

those accepted will be notified on the day and formally onboarded.

to secure your place, you’ll:

read and sign the paperwork

settle your deposit (equal to one month’s contribution)

settle 100% of your october contribution on the same day

if unsuccessful…

you’ll still be notified. we’ll check if there are other ways we might support you; and if of interest, we’ll share how else you can get involved in the riónce arts club community.
