The Riónce Ripple Fund is an initiative by Riónce Arts Club offering 3 months of free studio time and support worth £8k to kickstart your creative journey in 2025. This opportunity is designed to help you bring your visions to life in a supportive and inspiring environment.

• Studio Access: Enjoy free use of the Riónce Ladywell Studio during designated downtime from January to March 2025.

• Success Circle Membership: Gain access to the Success Circle, a monthly mastermind group led by online business coach Rebecca Page-Chapman, MBA. This intimate group focuses on setting intentions, providing accountability, and offering guidance to help you achieve your goals.

• Concierge Services: Benefit from our dedicated virtual concierge team, available to assist with equipment sourcing, call-outs, and other support to enhance your creative process. The concierge service itself is free, but any fees incurred for sourced products or external services will be your responsibility.

• Community: Invitations to Riónce events and workshops, fostering collaboration and inspiration.

To ensure a mutually beneficial experience, participants are expected to get involved in:

• Produce a "Day in the Life" reel each time you use the studio, showcasing your creative process.

• Share content on social media, tagging @rionceartsclub and using the hashtag #RiónceRippleFund.

• Collaborate on at least two posts with Riónce Arts Club each month.

• Work as part of a team. Invite collaborators, friends, or fellow creatives to join your projects in the studio. By building connections and working with others, you’ll create richer, more impactful work—and contribute to the vibrant, collaborative energy we’re fostering at Riónce.

• Create at least one meaningful and impactful project during the 3-month period that resonates with your audience or community.

• Upload all bts & final images, videos, or project files to the designated shared folder for potential resharing and promotion.

Tag 4 friends in the comments of a Ripple Fund Social media post found on @rionceartsclub ig or tiktok.

Share the Riónce Ripple Fund post on your social media platforms/ stories, tagging @rionceartsclub.

You’ll be given the choice between participating in a blog feature, video testimonial, or interview to share your journey and experiences with the Riónce community.

[A] BLOG FEATURE

Share your story in writing—a brief article about who you are, what you create, and how the Ripple Fund has helped you grow. This will be featured as part of a case study exploring the barriers to creativity and productivity. We’ll also post it on our website and social media, allowing potential collaborators and clients to learn more about your work.

What we need from you:

• A short interview with the Riónce team (virtual or in-person).

• High-quality images of your work or behind-the-scenes studio shots to accompany the post

[B] VIDEO TESTIMONIAL

Create a 1–2 minute video reflecting on your experience at Riónce Arts Club. The video will be shared on our website, Instagram, and newsletters to promote the Ripple Fund and inspire future participants.

The video could include:

• How the studio and community have impacted your creative journey.

• What you’ve achieved during your Ripple Fund period.

Why you’d recommend the Riónce Arts Club to others.

[C] INTERVIEW FEATURE

A conversational Q&A, filmed or written, where you discuss your creative process, challenges, and insights. This will give the Riónce audience an inside look at your work and journey.

Maintain the cleanliness of the studio and be responsible for any damages during your use.

You agree to allow Riónce Arts Club to share your reels and content across our platforms for promotional purposes.

Copyright: You’ll retain full copyright to your work but grant us, Riónce Arts Club a non-exclusive license to use the content for marketing and promotional activities.

After the 3-month period, you may continue using the studio at a negotiated rate, subject to availability. Additionally, all applicants receive special discounts for studio memberships or event access, providing ongoing support for your creative endeavors.
