  • we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all roles. hours will depend on your availability, experience, and the type of contribution you’d like to make. stage 2 of the application process will explore this in more detail.

  • stipends are discussed and agreed upon with successful applicants. we assess this based on hours committed, the scope of the role, and the value you bring. all stipends are paid monthly.

  • most roles report directly to the founder or to a designated project lead, depending on the nature of the work.

  • we build roles around people, not the other way around. we want to know what lights you up, what you’re good at, and what you’re hoping to grow into. we’ll shape the role to suit both your skillset and the evolving needs of riónce.
