 I don’t know about you, but I’ve often found securing an affordable Artist’s/Makers studio, practically impossible. 

So, I’m proposing, now that I’ve found one, to open up my studio doors to a handful of artists from varied disciplines on Mondays, Fridays & Sundays on a shared/hot-desk basis from as little as £5/hr. 

(If this isn’t of interest to you, no worries. Instead, kindly pass the message on to an artist who may benefit. I know how being a struggling, studio-less artist feels and really want to take the financial strain off local up-and-coming creatives)

The studio is super cosy

…spacious, 650 sqft (10m by 5m), with 4m tall ceilings & natural daylight - based in Ladywell, SE London - which is 10 mins away from London bridge by train.

 Located within a cute little community, there are many handy little spots nearby for your convenience and after or (intra!) work enjoyment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • • All equipment on site will be available for your shared use (subject to availability) including:

    • Art Equipment - aprons, easels, spatulas, brushes

    • Photography Backdrop/lights

    • Sewing Machines/equip

    • Table/Breakfast bar/ toaster/Microwave/kettle/Sink

    • Sofas, chairs, stools

    • Misc Items like - typewriter, megaphone, clothing rail, vogue magazines, books, white board

    • And more... (over the years I have accumulated a lot of equipment haha!)

  • • The studio-share schedule for the studio would be:

    • Mondays (10am-6pm)

    • Fridays (10am-6pm)

    • Sundays (2pm-10pm)

    • The studio is open outside of these hours, but for other purposes only. e.g for Private hire, private productions, photoshoots, workshops & more.

  • Studio time can be booked on a one off or bulk* booking basis (subject to availability). contact us at studios@rionce.co for pricing.

    *Please note that hours booked in bulk must be used within the same month and cannot be carried forward.
