During this block you and other members have shared access to the studio. There are 3 types of studio share block types:

Shared Studio (Calls) — Up to 6 members may use this space simultaneously during this time. Phone calls/ google meetings and Quiet activities can be carried out during this time in addition to standard hot-desking.

Shared Studio (Quiet) — Up to 12 members may quietly use this space simultaneously during this time. Non-Messy, Quiet activities can take place in addition to standard hot-desking

Shared Studio (Creative) — Up to 12 members may creatively use this space simultaneously during this time. Creative activities such as messy painting, sewing etc. can take place in addition to hot-desking

If no one has booked this slot, you may request to book this slot for ‘Priority Studio Use’.

During this block you get 1st priority in how the space is used during this time. Other members will have access to the studio, but will need to create/ work discreetly around you and your preferences. Preferences should be added as a note on your booking in the calendar and can be shared in the Studio Share group chat.

You can have up to 6 people (including yourself) in the studio for this type of booking & there will be no more than 6 other members in the space discreetly along side you and your crew at this time.

In-real-life workshops are usually hosted within these time blocks. There will be a mixture of free, paid, members only, public events on during this time.

If no workshop/event is scheduled you may request to book this slot for ‘Priority Studio Use’.

With this block you get exclusive use of the space during this time. (Please note, a photography Studio May be present)
