collaborator’s day pass

a little space to make something happen.

we’re opening up some of our studio calendar throughout november to a few creatives, small businesses and communities we rate, who’d love somewhere to bring an idea to life, without the usual cost of hiring a space.

whether you’ve been meaning to organise a shoot, workshop, listening party, screening, jam night, creative session or just get a few people together, Wili’ll do your best to make it happen.

nothing needs to be crazy over-produced (unless you want it to be) we love spontaneous plans and eleventh hour ideas too, as long as they’re intentional <3

over the years, we’ve found that dedicated access to a space you can call your ‘creative second home’, increases experimentation, collaboration, speed of execution, confidence + in some cases your number of paid bookings.

no longer are you caught up worrying about where or how much it costs to make it happen. instead your brain is free to delve into the how, the why and ways to make it excellent.

  • 2 hours of complimentary studio access at riónce arts club in south london.

    in exceptional cases, we may offer up to 4 hours depending on the nature of your project and availability.

    you can use the time for something personal, creative or business-related. we’re especially keen to support ideas that bring people together or make good use of a space that would otherwise be sitting empty.

  • rather than charging our usual studio hire fee, we kindly ask for a few things in return:

    ✓ 1 x behind-the-scenes / day-in-the-life video capturing your experience at riónce, shared with us for use on our platforms

    ✓ instagram tags from everyone attending whenever they share stories, posts or content from the day

    ✓ a google review sharing your experience of the space

    ✓ a signature in our riónce book of fame from everyone attending on the day

    nothing overly produced is needed. we’d much rather see your experience through your eyes!

    please include the instagram handles + email addresses of everyone attending in the notes section.

    04 — we’ll take it from there!

    we’ll review your request, check availability and get back to you with the next steps. passes are subject to approval and available studio time.

  • i’m working abroad for part of november, which means i won’t be using the studio as much as usual.

    and quite frankly, i hate seeing a perfectly good creative space sitting empty when someone could be making something happen in it.

    so instead of letting those hours go to waste, we’d love to open them up to some of you.

    someone from the riónce team will be there to welcome you and let you in on the day.

    1. available for selected dates throughout november 2026

    2. one complimentary pass per approved booking

    3. 2 hours as standard, with 4 hours offered in exceptional circumstances

    4. all attendees must be included in your request

    5. subject to studio availability, suitability and approval

    6. additional time or requirements may be chargeable and will be agreed beforehand

    • we’ll then schedule your 1:1 planning call.
      once all is confirmed, we’ll discuss available studio dates.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the studio/ shared spaces and in the unlikely case, be responsible for any damages during your use.

  • You agree to allow Riónce Arts Club to share your reels and content across our platforms for promotional purposes.

    Copyright: You’ll retain full copyright to your work but grant us, Riónce Arts Club a non-exclusive license to use the content for marketing and promotional activities.

  • after using your day pass, you’ll have the option to continue accessing the studio at a subsidised rate, subject to availability.
