• you’ll get a designated amount of private studio time at riónce ladywell.

• a 15-minute 1:1 consultancy call to plan your time and give creative support

• tea, coffee, and access to most equipment while you’re here

• optional next steps if you'd like to return or join as a member

this one-off pass is for people who:

• want to create in a calm, spacious environment

• are looking for a dedicated day to focus, finish or restart something

• have never used a studio before and want a warm, welcoming first experience

• are exploring something creative or personal, big or small

• want light, friendly support without pressure

we're looking for a range of applicants, from first-timers to returning creatives, founders & event hosts. if you see the space fit for purpose, we’d love to hear what ideas you have in store.

• this is a one time offer (not a monthly offer)

• you may only redeem one day pass per person

• your day pass will be valid for 30 days.

• sessions will be offered based on your availability and our studio schedule.

try before you commit. our studio normally runs at £60/hr, but these day passes are priced to show you we’re serious about investing in your growth from the jump.

• ½ day pass (4hrs) – £120

• full day pass (8hrs) – £240

• xl full day pass (12hrs) – £360

includes priority studio access, a 1:1 call with our in-house creative strategist, drinks, and use of most in-house equipment.

applications for the riónce ladywell studio day passes are open for 24hrs & close sunday 13th july 2025 (23:59pm)

the process:

• complete the application form (including your studio prefences)

• successful applicants will be contacted shortly after the deadline.

• you’ll hear back within a week of applying.

• if you’re offered a day pass, you’ll be contacted, and your exact contribution amount will be shared. (this will need to be settled in full to secure your place).

• we’ll then schedule your 1:1 planning call.
  once all is confirmed, we’ll discuss available studio dates.

• Produce a ‘Day in the Life’ reel video on the day that you’re in

• Share content on social media, tagging @rionceartsclub using the hashtag #rionceartsclub.

• make a collaborative posts with the Riónce Arts Club IG.

• Work solo or as part of a team. feel free to invite collaborators, friends, or fellow creatives to join you. by building connections and working with others, you’ll create richer, more impactful work; and contribute to the vibrant, collaborative energy we’re fostering at Riónce.

• Upload all bts & final images, videos, or project files to the designated shared folder for re-sharing and promotion.

Maintain the cleanliness of the studio/ shared spaces and in the unlikely case, be responsible for any damages during your use.

You agree to allow Riónce Arts Club to share your reels and content across our platforms for promotional purposes.

Copyright: You’ll retain full copyright to your work but grant us, Riónce Arts Club a non-exclusive license to use the content for marketing and promotional activities.

after using your day pass, you’ll have the option to continue accessing the studio at a negotiated rate, subject to availability.

you’ll also receive exclusive discounts on standard memberships and event access going forward.
