how it works:

  • {1} Ladywell Studio Membership

    Joining our studio membership at Riónce Ladywell is about having consistent access to a creative space with an amazing ambience, where you can work at your own pace, surrounded by great equipment and a like-minded community.

  • {2} Membership Perks

    You get priority booking, discounted rates, and flexible hours to suit your schedule. We also offer add-ons like equipment hire and concierge services to make your time here as seamless as possible.

  • {3} booking

    Once you’re a member, booking is simple. Use our online portal to lock in your preferred time slots, whether it’s for solo work or a full production session.

  • {4} community

    As a member, you’ll be part of an exclusive group with access to special events, collaborations, and behind-the-scenes opportunities.

  • {5} No Hidden Costs

    You pay a set fee each month for your membership, and there’s no additional cost for the time you’ve booked within your plan. Just straightforward access to the studio whenever you need it with a clearly stated small fee - only if you require specialist equipment.

AVAILABLE slots

  • You may book a shared or priority studio slot during these times.

    Shared Studio

    Up to 12 members may creatively use this space simultaneously during this time. Creative activities such as messy painting, sewing etc. can take place in addition to hot-desking

    Priority Studio

    During this block you get 1st priority in how the space is used during this time. Other members will have access to the studio, but will need to create/ work discreetly around you and your preferences. Preferences should be added as a note on your booking in the calendar and can be shared in the Studio Share group chat.

    You can have up to 6 people (including yourself) in the studio for this type of booking & there will be no more than 6 other members in the space discreetly along side you and your crew at this time.

  • In-real-life workshops are usually hosted within these time blocks. A mixture of non-members and members only events and workshops will regularly take place during this time.

    If no workshop/event is scheduled you may request to book a standard priority or shared slot at this time.

    Should you wish to host a workshop or mini event, please let us know and more info will be shared.

You will get 1st priority in how the entire space is used during this slot, with a few other members discreetly present simultaneously.

    • Anytime Access

    • 4 Full Days (32hrs) / Month

    • Anytime Access

    • 2 Full Days (16hrs) / Month

    • 7am - 11am weekdays only

Members may use this space simultaneously during this slot for creative projects/ hot-desking.

    • 6 Full Days (48hrs) / Month

    • Anytime Access

    • 12 Full Days (96hrs) / Month

    • Anytime Access

    • 6 Full Days (48hrs) / Month

    • 7am - 11am weekdays only

Members can purchase ‘pay as you go’ / additional 4hr studio slots on a ad hoc basis

    • ½ day Shared (4hrs) / month then:

      • £45/hr - exclusive (£60/hr for non-members)

      • £30/hr - priority (£45/hr for non-members)

      • £15/hr - shared (RRP £22.50/hr for non-members)

    • Anytime Access

Packages start from £350/month or £60/month for Adhoc Memberships

Each colorama and some specialist equipment may be charged at a fee per slot/day on top of you standard monthly membership fee.

*Slots are first-come, first-served and subject to availability. Occasionally, we may ask you to swap dates for last-minute non-member bookings or Riónce events, as this allows us to keep member prices affordable. We strive to be accommodating and will always reciprocate similar favours where possible.

ADD ONS

  • Standard soft boxes are included. Additional equipment is available at a fee:

    • 1 X Colorama (if the colorama isn't rolled out & stepped on then you wont be charged)

    • 1X Godox SK400 Light

    • Astera Tubes

    • Red heads

  • - A fee will be charged per sewing machine used

    - Other equipment, Bobbins, threads, trimmings etc are available upon request

  • Within the first 3 months you will be given a shelf and a box to store small personal items in. For 1 squared worth of space a fee will be applied. Bespoke rates for smaller/ larger storage available upon request.

  • Easels, painting utensils and aprons are included

    - Art equipment such as paints, canvases & card are available upon request

  • Available upon request

    • Members can purchase pay as you go/ additional 4hr studio slots on a ad hoc basis at member's rates

additional info

  • Ahead of your membership beginning you will be required to make:

    • an initial deposit payment = to 1 month fee

    • first months payment

  • Subsequent payments are due on the 1st of every month.

  • All memberships will start with a 3 month trial, after which you may give 1 calendar month’s notice should you wish to terminate your membership.

  • Members can purchase pay as you go/ additional 4hr studio slots on a ad hoc basis at a fee

  • Additional Shared studio hours will be granted for those who refer a friend or wish to pay for 3 months upfront.

  • Unused hours can be carried forward and used the following month only (subject to availability).
