MEMBER’S STUDIO SHARE RATE
▫️From £550/month (up to 16hrs)
▫️From £30/hr (pay as you go)
You can either get 1st priority in how the entire space is used, with a few other members discreetly present simultaneously, or request to have exclusive access to the studio with only management present.
OR
Members can use space simultaneously for creative projects/ hot-desking. Enquire for more info.
NON-MEMBERS STANDARD HIRE RATE
▫️£120/hr (min 3)
▫️Half day £450 (5hrs)
▫️Full day £750 (10hrs)
This option is for non-members who wish to have exclusive use of the studio. During your booking only studio management will be present.
Please note that some events & late night bookings may be subject to additional costs.
