    • Share clearly and honestly, but try to keep it concise.

    • Feel free to practise beforehand if you want to.

    • This helps us match your response to the right question.

    • for example:

      “Question 5 – What is your job title/creative practice? I’m a multidisciplinary artist and writer…”

    • Even if something doesn’t apply to you, say:

      “Question 12 – Not applicable” so we know you didn’t skip anything

    • We don’t want polished performances, just you, your honest voice, thoughts, passion, and purpose.

    • Speak clearly, but don’t worry about ‘sounding professional.’

  • You’re welcome to answer some questions by voice note and others in writing

    • But if you’ve already answered a question in your voice note, make sure you write “see VN” in the text box for that question on the form.
      This helps us avoid duplication and know where to find your answer.

    • You can still submit written answers for anything you didn’t cover in your VN — including:

      • Website/portfolio links

      • Social media handles

      • Your favourite quote

      • Any extra notes or context
