refunds & returns

we believe in fairness. to you, to us, and to everyone else involved. for that reason, we have a clear no refunds and no returns policy across all bookings, memberships and residency placements.

1. all sales are final

  • once a booking, membership, residency or event payment has been made, it is non-refundable. this applies regardless of circumstance.

  • this includes but is not limited to:

    • change of mind

    • scheduling conflicts

    • dissatisfaction with services

    • family emergencies or personal issues

    • non-attendance or missed sessions

  • please make sure you're fully committed before making a purchase. we’re always happy to clarify any questions before you book.

2. rolling memberships and residencies

  • memberships and residencies operate on a rolling contract basis.

  • if you choose to leave before completing your full term, your deposit will not be returned. this is because our ability to offer access, services and space to a community of growing creatives, founders and artists depends on confirmed numbers and stability.

  • please consider your availability, capacity and personal commitments before starting a residency or membership with us.

3. damage and deposit policy

  • a refundable deposit is held at the start of any membership or residency to cover damages or breaches of contract.

  • if we find any significant damage or neglect during your time with us, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your deposit.

  • examples include but are not limited to:

    • damage to furniture, walls or equipment

    • failure to clean up after use

    • breach of studio or house rules

  • if no issues arise, your deposit will be returned at the end of your agreed term.

4. one-off bookings

  • this applies to shoots, events, classes, workshops or studio hire.

  • all one-off bookings are non-refundable.

  • if you can no longer attend, you're welcome to gift your place to a friend or collaborator. just email us their name before the session begins.

  • we do not offer rescheduling, credit or refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.

5. exceptional circumstances

  • we understand life happens. however, we cannot offer refunds for personal or family issues, no matter how valid.

  • this isn’t out of coldness. it’s out of fairness.

  • to run our spaces and offerings sustainably, we need to hold everyone to the same policy.

6. our promise to you

  • we will always strive to deliver what we promise.

  • if we ever need to cancel or change something on our end, we’ll offer a fair solution such as a new date or an alternative arrangement.

  • but if the session, membership or event runs as planned and you’re simply unable to attend, the no refund policy still applies.

  • by purchasing, booking or joining any of our offerings, you agree to these terms.
