    • arrive early, finish on time, leave the space clean

    • support the community when you can, this isn’t a solo thing

all events must be confirmed at least 2–4 weeks in advance. this gives us time to support you properly; and promote when needed.

  • curate

you’re not just running events — you’re shaping experiences.
this is about intentionality. who’s in the room, what energy you bring, what gets remembered.

your events should feel designed, not just scheduled.

    cultivate

    you’re building something over time.
    a community, a rhythm, a reputation — this isn’t a one-off. this is slow growth with care.

we're backing curators who nurture great energy.

    honour

honour the space, the people, the platform — and the opportunity.
show up fully, treat it like it’s yours, and hold it with respect.

you’re a host, but also an ambassador

    document

what you’re building deserves to be seen.
we ask that you capture and share it — not just for marketing, but as a record of what you created.

show people what it looked like, felt like, meant.

    expand

this is about growth — not just reach, but depth.
expand your ideas, your audience, your voice, your confidence.

we’re here to help you grow well — with consistency and support.

  • OPTION 1 — standard

There are no hire fees. instead, you keep 70% of your ticket sales, and we take 30%. but to stay on the programme, you must:

    • make your standard monthly contribution

    • charge a minimum of £15 per ticket (ladywell) or £30 per ticket (penda)

    • sell at least 15 tickets per event (ladywell) or 30 tickets per event (penda)

    • if you don’t meet the minimum or your events are free to attend, you’ll need to cover the shortfall (the unsold ticket total):

      • ladywell £67.50/ 4 hour event,

      • penda £270/ 4 hour event

e.g: if you sell 12 tickets at ladywell instead of 15, you cover 3 at £15 = £45. this ensures the space is being used intentionally and with sustainability in mind

    ——————————————————————————————————-

    option 2 — supported

    supported option at penda only

    • reduced monthly contribution

    • 50:50 ticket revenue split (instead of 70:30)

    • everything else stays the same

we believe in access — so if the upfront cost is a stretch, choose the supported option. contribute less each month, and we’ll partner with you more closely on ticketing.

  • you must have a photographer and videographer at every event.
this is non-negotiable — and you can either bring your own team or work with ours.

    coverage must include:

    • wide shots of the event

    • audience reactions

    • 30–60 sec clips that are usable on social

    • at least one shot of the venue (interior or signage)

    you must:

    • post at least one reel or BTS moment per month

    • regularly post on stories

    • tag @rionceartsclub

    • use #rionceripplefund

    • upload all final content to the shared drive within 7 days

  • penda studios

    • capacity: 100

    • all visuals must credit penda studios

    • setups must be cleared with our team

    • no lighting rigs or extra staging without approval

    • keep sound levels respectful — especially after 9pm

    riónce ladywell

    • capacity: 20

    • space must reflect an intimate, calm vibe

    • candles, incense or props must be checked beforehand

    • no filming of therapy/mindfulness sessions without consent

    • clear shots of the space interior or signage required in BTS

    • share your involvement in stories or feed

    • attend at least one other ripple curator’s event during the programme

    • check in with your cohort every so often

  • you’ll choose one of the following:

    • a short blog post (we’ll help you shape it)

    • a 1–2 min video reflection

    • a recorded voice/audio note (we can animate it)

this helps us document your work and inspire future curators. we’re building something lasting — your story is part of that.

  • we understand life happens — but this is a limited-space programme.

    if you:

    • miss multiple events

    • stop communicating

    • break the agreement repeatedly

we reserve the right to remove you from the programme, and your slot will be reallocated.

    • fill out the form at rionce.co/ripple-fund
the deadline is april 29, 11:59pm.

    • you’ll contribute a small monthly fee:

      • £60/month for ladywell

      • £360/month for penda

this is a sign of commitment — not profit.
we’re covering the rest (studio, support, coaching, visibility).

if selected, you’ll be onboarded by may 1st, and events start immediately.
